Which reminds me – I've figured that all of the unpleasantness between TechCrunch and Fusion Garage could have been avoided if both parties had created a single clear Statement of Work up front. Behavior of both parties over the last 1+ weeks indicates that no such document exists. To better educate future entrepreneurs, perhaps you could share the statement of work for the SarcPad, so that others can use it as a model. (Then again, considering the problems that you had with Julio, maybe that isn't such a good idea.)
