Just how dumb are spammers? Dumb enough to threaten your life if you don’t read their stuff.
I think we can all agree that a keen wit and finely honed intellect are not job prerequisites for spammers. In the great utensil drawer of life, junk emailers are the plastic soup spoons we should have thrown away along with that rancid container of egg fu yung. But using the subject line “Reply or get killed” in an ad for penile-enhancing drugs may be the dumbest spam we’ve ever seen. On the other hand, we did open it. So maybe we’re feeling a little spoonish ourselves.
