AT&T is turning to social media to try to fix its battered image. After seeing the company’s plan, though, we’re not so sure it’s going to work.
AT&T is launching a new social media effort in an attempt to change its image as the worst company of all time.
The evil eager mobile carrier has built up a social media staff of 19 people, according to a story published in AdAge this week. The company’s goal is to better communicate with customers, thereby saving its brand from “routine pummeling” on Facebook, Twitter, and other social-oriented sites.
