Rants In Our Pants

The TechList: 16.May.2010

This list really has nothing to do with Megan Fox, but is that a great photo or what?

1. LimeWire. Guilty of “inducing copyright infringement” says judge. Also convicted: Megan Fox for “inducing teenage masturbation.”

2. Apple. Another iPhone 4G wanders off and lands in Vietnam. We understand Steve Jobs has called in Rambo to recover it.

3. Google. Censors ads for CougarLife dating site for horny MILFs. Apparently, Sergey found his mom on there.

4. Facebook. Calls all-hands meeting to discuss privacy issues. And brainstorm even more ways to fuck with our personal information.

5. Babes. Hanging out with them is bad for your heart, say researchers. And virtually every other organ in your body. This is news?

6. Hot Doll. A $650 sex toy for your dog? For that kind of money your pooch should get at least a walk, a flea dip, and a paw-job.

7. Google Street View. Admits tapping into WiFi nets, apologizes for assimilating the planet. Kind of like the Borg, only with manners.

8. Obama. Tells grads to avoid "distractions" of iPad & Xbox. Noticeably missing from his list of tech evils: Internet porn. Gobama!

9. Gizmapple. Gizmo-Apple court docs unsealed. Turns out every single person involved in this was a complete dick. Color us surprised.

10. Nexus One. Google closes store after 4 months. Maybe they should have started with something simpler, like a lemonade stand.
