Our favorite Spanish import, Penelope Cruz has been bringing the heat to the big screen since her 1992 debut in Jamon Jamon, where she uttered the immortal line "How come you like eating my tits"? [video] (Oh Penelope, do you really have to ask?) Cruz just received her third Oscar nod for best supporting actress in Nine, where she plays the "passionate mistress of a married film director," per Oscars.com. (We bet that role was a real stretch.) Yes, her career has had its ups and downs — there was that dark three-year stretch after Vanilla Sky when she hooked up with Tom Cruise, for example. But hey, who hasn’t dated a secretly gay Scientologist douchebag at least once in their lives? When the Academy Awards air on March 7, we’re going with Penelope For The Win.
