Girls using Facebook to share secrets about their intimate apparel? Sexy. Guys doing the same? Not so much.

The story you're about to read is not (entirely) true. It is, however, more accurate than most things on network television.

Facebook Bra ColorFollowing the puzzling but pleasant trend of women broadcasting their bra colors on Facebook, eSarcasm has learned a similar movement is starting to emerge for men.

Countless ladies, in case you haven’t noticed, have been making the world privy to their skivvies via status updates this week. It’s all part of an apparent “protest” to help support breast cancer research…or something. Whatever it is, we aren’t complaining (though we would appreciate some photos).

Now, however, the meme appears to be shifting to men. In what can only be described as a horrible, mortifying turn of events, members of the male species are slowly starting to use Facebook to divulge details about what lurks beneath their chinos.

“Skid-marked Hanes with a centrally located hole,” wrote celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.

“Pink with Hello Kitty icons and glue-on studs,” revealed eSarcasm style-maven Dan Tynan.

“Nothin’ but net,” stated eSarcasm medical correspondent (and sexual deviant) Dr. Smartass.

Even worse, eSarcasm has learned future male-centric Facebook memes are already being planned. Evidence suggests status-update campaigns for “How Many Inches,” “Groomed or Gorilla,” and “Low-Hangers or Close-Huggers” are all set to occur.

In related news, the number of women actively reading Facebook updates has just plummeted to four.
